We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders — no minimum spend.
Every piece is handmade to order and carefully packaged in our Newcastle-under-Lyme studio.
Orders are sent via a tracked courier service to ensure your jewellery and accessories arrive safely.
We aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days of your order being placed. During busy periods, or when restocking, dispatch may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.
If you need your order urgently or for a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
